Our Apartments
Our three new apartments offer space for 2 to 6 people on 60 m². Each apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a spacious balcony or terrace that invites you to relax. In addition to the comprehensive kitchen and bathroom equipment, you benefit from free Wi-Fi and, on request, free baby equipment.

- In your bathroom you will find soap, towels and toilet paper, as well as a hairdryer.
- Washing, drying and ironing facilities: You are welcome to wash, tumble dry or iron your laundry for a small fee. You also have a clothes horse on the balcony or terrace.
- For our little guests, we are happy to provide a cot, a high chair and a changing mat in the apartment free of charge.
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed if required.
- The apartments can also be cleaned during your stay on request.
- We have a small library and a selection of board games.
- On request, we can also pick you up from the train station and take you back on the day of departure.
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
- Dogs are welcome on request. We charge 15.00 euros per day (without food).
- You are welcome to rent our e-bikes, we also have hiking poles, toboggans, or child carriers for rent at our farm.
- If you are interested and if time permits, farmer Christine will be happy to do a cooking course with you. Typical South Tyrolean dishes such as dumplings or apple strudel are prepared together. In summer, we also organize cozy barbecue evenings together with the Thalerhof.
Prices
- The prices are seasonal and start from €130 for two people per day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- For stays of less than 4 nights we charge a surcharge of 25%.
- In addition, there is the fixed local tax of €2.10 per person per night (from 14 years).
- ADDITIONAL PERSONS & CHILDREN
- Children up to 1.99 years – free of charge
- from 2 years €18.00 per night
- from 12 years €20.00 per night
- every additional person from 18 years €35.00 per night
- PETS
Pets are only allowed by arrangement. We charge a surcharge of 15.00 euros per day without food. Please bring a blanket and a food bowl for your four-legged friend. - ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your apartment is available from 2.00 pm. An earlier arrival is possible on request. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am at the latest so that we have enough time for cleaning. Sunday is our family day, in the low season arrival and departure is also possible on Sunday on request. - DEPOSIT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your apartment is reserved for you after you have transferred a deposit of 200.00 euros to the account below and after receiving your booking confirmation. By confirming your reservation, you also accept our cancellation conditions.

We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit and debit cards. The deposit will be deducted from the total price. There is also a bank ATM in the village center to withdraw cash.
- CANCELLATIONS
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant the following
Cancellation conditions:- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Reference is expressly made to the statutory provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE

The South Tyrol Guest Pass enables comfortable and free use of public transport in the Hafling-Vöran-Meran 2000 holiday region and throughout South Tyrol. This supports sustainable mobility and helps to reduce motorized individual traffic. More information about this here!You are also welcome to arrive by long-distance bus or train. The South Tyrol Guest Pass is already valid on the day of arrival!
- Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. The balconies or the spacious outdoor areas are suitable for this.

BREAKFAST We offer a hearty breakfast for the price of €24 per person, children up to 3 years pay nothing,
from 4 to 11.99 years €13. Simply tell us the desired time (between 8.00 and 10.00 am) and we
