The apartments are rented all year round.
Short stays are also possible.
Lon receipt of the deposit (200 Euro) the apartment is reserved for you.
The remaining amount can be transferred or paid in cash on site.
Only cash payments up to a total amount of 1.999,99 € are accepted.
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit and EC cards.
Dogs are also welcome on request. We charge 17,00 Euro per day (without food).
Since we still have very small children, Sunday is our family day. For this reason, we would ask you to avoid arriving and departing on Sundays. We are sure we can count on your comprehension. The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the holiday flats should be vacated by 9.30am.
Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 4 days of the travel price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 75% of the booking price. As a special service and in order to save costs we offer you the Red Rooster Cancellation Protection.
